AH YES! REMEMBER THE DAYS WHEN PROTESTING AND DISSENT WAS PATRIOTIC??

Now, when citizens get together and criticize Obama, what happens?

Thursday, March 25, 2010

OK, ENOUGH ABOUT OBAMA!

What I want to know is: HOW DID THIS AD NOT MAKE IT ON TV?

(CNSNews.com) – The Internal Revenue Service will function as the government’s chief enforcer for health care reform, should President Obama sign the bill into law as expected, monitoring both businesses and individuals to certify whether they have the insurance coverage the government requires.
The IRS will also hire 16,500 enforcement agents; which must be the job creation Obama has been talking about.

THE CON MAN

Doesn't he sound sensible, intelligent and honest? Unfortunately, if you voted for him.....YOU WERE DUPED!
But it's not so much that he flat out lied to voters, it's that voters allowed themselves to be duped.
Many of us knew and understood what Obama was saying. Why didn't others?
We knew that he had no track-record. We saw him backpedal, distort, and lie throughout the campaign. Why didn't other?
Hopefully eyes are being opened, and many minds are starting to question.
COME NOVEMBER, LET'S REMEMBER!

OBAMA, IN HIS OWN WORDS.

CAN YOU COUNT THE LIES?
OOOPS, sorry for not being PC. I meant to say misrepresentation.

Monday, March 22, 2010

YOU GET THE GOVERNMENT YOU DESERVE/VOTED FOR.

Elections have consequences, and to now be shocked about Obama keeping a campaign promise is laughable.
Here, let Al Sharpton make my point.

Next on the Obama agenda.............AMNESTY!(Cause they're going to need a new batch of voters prior to the November elections)

Dems Vote for Slaughter House Rule

Democrats shot down a Republican effort to force an up-or-down vote on the Senate healthcare bill on Thursday afternoon. (they voted to NOT HAVE A VOTE!)

In a 222-203 vote, Democrats beat back a GOP resolution offered by Democrat-turned-Republican Rep. Parker Griffith (Ala.) that would have forced lawmakers to vote on the Senate healthcare bill separately from the series of fixes they hope to make to that legislation.

All Republican lawmakers who voted opposed the measure, which had the effect of ending the GOP's effort to force a vote. They were joined by 28 Democrats, who broke with party members on the vote.

Let's remember the 222 that voted to shred the constitution.

WHILE THE OBAMA ADMINISTRATION CONTINUES TO BITCH-SLAP ISRAEL..........

Vladimir Putin, Russia’s prime minister, promised on Thursday that Moscow would help Iran complete a civil nuclear power station by this summer.

OH, OKAAAAY. And then there's this:

Officials said the U.S. military was ordered to divert a shipment of smart bunker-buster bombs from Israel to a military base in Diego Garcia. They said the shipment of 387 smart munitions had been slated to join pre-positioned U.S. military equipment in Israel Air Force bases.

“This was a political decision,” an official said.

In 2008, the United States approved an Israeli request for bunker-busters capable of destroying underground facilities, including Iranian nuclear weapons sites. Officials said delivery of the weapons was held up by the administration of President Barack Obama.

EARMARKS! I GOT YER EARMARKS RIGHT HERE!

Washington (AP) - The Senate on Tuesday easily killed a move by conservative Republicans to temporarily ban senators from earmarking spending bills with back-home projects like roads, water projects and grants to local governments.

Fifteen Republicans joined with most Democrats in rejecting the moratorium on earmarks by a 68-29 vote.

ANOTHER GLORIOUS MOVE BY THE OBAMA CLAN!

All the nations that are helping in Haiti fly their flag over their compound..........except one.
Wanna take a guess which one isn't flying their colors?

The Obama administration says flying the flag could give Haiti the wrong idea.

"We are not here as an occupation force, but as an international partner committed to supporting the government of Haiti on the road to recovery,"

The hatred for everything American is reaching pathological proportions!

TODAY'S HEADLINE

Barack Obama threatens to withdraw support from wavering Democrats

Barack Obama has said he will not campaign for any Democratic congressmen who fails to support health care reform.

PFFFFFT! Eh, Mr. President has it occurred to you that with your past record of campaigning for other folks, maybe those Democrats don't want you anywhere near their campaign?
What a pompous, self-absorbed, petulant child!

DETAILS, DETAILS!

It's been widely reported that few people know what's in the health-care bill. Personally I don't think this bill has anything to do with health-care, but that's another topic.
Here is one little detail.

Among the specifications of the House bill that passed last November are several sections that mandate racial and ethnic quotas for medical schools and other federal contractors. The bill specifies that the Secretary of Health and Human Services, “in awarding grants or contracts under this section . . . shall give preference to entities that have a demonstrated record of . . . training individuals who are from underrepresented minority groups or disadvantaged backgrounds.”

Is this about health-care or more Liberal social engineering?
BTW: Underrepresented is code for......................... anyone but Indians, and Asians.

WHERE'S HILLARY???

Has anyone seen her lately?
Last time I checked she was in Chile handing out phones. And why was Joe Bidden in Israel the other day pissing-off our ally? You would think foreign policy would be handled by the Sec. of State. That is unless the Sec. of State wants nothing to do with the Obama Middle East policy.
Could Hillary be trying to get some distance between herself and the Obama bunch?
And by the way, where has she been on the health-care issue? Health-care was HER CAUSE! Now, she's not even in the discussion!
Makes me wonder what she's up to.

BEHIND THE SCENES AT THE OBAMA ARCADIA UNIV. SPEECH.

Karen Tumulty of TIME wrote the following in the TIME blog:

When I go to political events, I generally like to talk to people who attend them. You learn a lot that way.

Not today. I arrived at the President's health care speech at Arcadia University in Glenside, Pa., about 45 minutes early, hoping I might chat with some of the Pennsylvanians who were here. No such luck. The press was stuck behind two sets of barriers. I tried asking several times (nicely, I promise) to wander a bit and talk to people, but was told I would have to wait until after the event. (Both the crowd and I had been through security screening.)

Okay.

So after the event, I attempted to talk to people as they left. That effort, too, was shut down by the security people.

So all I can report is this: The President gave a speech on health care this morning. People applauded and cheered. What motivated them to be here, and what bearing this issue might have on their individual lives — well, I can't answer that.

It's impossible to tax ourselves into prosperity, but we can tax ourselves to better health. OH OK!

(Reuters) - U.S. researchers estimate that an 18 percent tax on pizza and soda can push down U.S. adults' calorie intake enough to lower their average weight by 5 pounds (2 kg) per year.

The researchers, writing in the journal Archives of Internal Medicine on Monday, suggested taxing could be used as a weapon in the fight against obesity, which costs the United States an estimated $147 billion a year in health costs.

"While such policies will not solve the obesity epidemic in its entirety and may face considerable opposition from food manufacturers and sellers, they could prove an important strategy to address overconsumption, help reduce energy intake and potentially aid in weight loss and reduced rates of diabetes among U.S. adults," wrote the team led by Kiyah Duffey of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.

I have no problem with academia doing research on topics that will promote better health, but why does the recommendation/solution to the problem nearly always involve government intervention and taxation?

Up and down the California coast, goats are smiling.

Pioneering political blogger Mickey Kaus filed papers to run for U.S. Senate in California, he told LA Weekly. The Venice resident said he'll run this year against Barbara Boxer for her seat. Although, it's unconfirmed, he said he filed papers at the Los Angeles County Registrar of Voters.
When asked, Mr. Kaus stated: "I did go down to the local registrar’s office Monday and take out nomination papers to run in the primary for U.S. Senator against Barbara Boxer. If I return them in timely fashion with enough signatures, I should be able to get on the June ballot. We’ll see what happens"
Only in California!
This just in: Local goats were asked for comment on the rumors but refused; which in my opinion is clear evidence of complicity in the cover-up.
