How interesting! The US Department of Justice has changed their website. Gone are the colorful red, white, and blue patriotic flags and decorations. They have been replaced with stark black and white, and at the top of the page is an interesting quote. "The common law is the will of mankind, issuing from the life of the people"
The quote is from C. Wilfred Jenks, who in 1930 was a leading proponent of "international law" movement , which had as its goal to impose a global common law and which backed 'global workers rights'
Call it Marxism, Progressiveism, Socialism, or call it Obamaism - under any of those names it definitely makes the DOJ appear to be agenda driven....................and not very patriotic.

Nobody is contesting their right to practice their religion. Today, there are over 40 mosques in the city of New York, so don't give me this right to practice religion bullshit! What is being contested is their right or decency to build a mosque at that location.

O has chosen to make headlines in support of the mosque, and he won't be able to take his words back. All he's done is frustrate some of the people who so eagerly welcomed his words on the mosque issue, further infuriated those on the right, and has peeled away another layer to show those in the "middle' what he's all about.

The latest round of Republican political suicide comes from none other that House Minority Leader John A. Boehner who is siding with Democrats in proposing raising the minimum age for Social Security benefits to 70.
"We need to look at the American people and explain to them that we're broke," Mr. Boehner said.
"If you have substantial non-Social Security income while you're retired, why are we paying you at a time when we're broke?" he said. "We just need to be honest with people."

Why isn't this clown honest and tell the American public why we are f*cking broke!

No let's not cut gobs of pork from every single budget.
Let's not trim the ridiculous welfare-state entitlements that are sucking us dry.

According to the latest Washington Post-ABC News poll:

Six in 10 voters say they lack faith in the president to make the right decisions for the country.

Seven in 10 registered voters say they lack confidence in Democratic lawmakers.

26 percent of registered voters say they are inclined to support their representative in the House this fall; 62 percent are inclined to look for someone new.

Just 43 percent of all Americans now say they approve of the job Obama is doing on the economy, while 54 percent disapprove. Both are the worst, marginally, of his presidency. Even a third of Democrats give him negative marks here. And overall, intensity runs clearly against the president on the issue, with twice as many people rating him strongly negative as strongly positive.

Among those who say they definitely will vote in November, 53 percent disapprove of the way he is handling his responsibilities.
