TEHRAN (Reuters) - Iran said on Wednesday it would welcome President Barack Obama's offer of a change in U.S. policy provided it involved a withdrawal of U.S. troops from abroad and an apology for past "crimes" against Tehran.

There you go Mr. President! NOW WHAT?
Oh, and by the way, don't forget that Iran is expected to have an A-Bomb by 2010. NEXT YEAR!

UPDATE: It was reported that the Obama administration has been working on a letter that will be sent to Pres. Ahmadinnerjacket. This letter is designed to ease tensions between Iran and the US, and pave the way for open face-to-face dialogue.
