OH, HOW NICE!

Washington (CNN) -- President Barack Obama will name CIA Director Leon Panetta as his nominee to succeed Robert Gates as defense secretary, a U.S. official said Wednesday.

Forget the fact that Leon isn't qualified to run the US military, what this appointment tells me is one thing. Obama is dead-set on not cutting ANYTHING in the budget.......... except the military.

Can you think of a better hatchet-man than Leon to strip 400 billion from the Pentagon?
