"If 10 of you got together to speak, you would have a First Amendment right to speak and a First Amendment right to free association," the justice (Thomas) said. "Now what if you wanted to form a corporation?"
When asked about the Alito incident at the SOTU, Justice Thomas answered:
“I don’t go because it has become so partisan and it’s very uncomfortable for a judge to sit there,” he said, adding that “there’s a lot that you don’t hear on TV — the catcalls, the whooping and hollering and under-the-breath comments.”
Oh, I get it. Why put on your finest robe to go visit a flea-market....................................or a whorehouse.
